Shipping
Fast, reliable delivery across Australia
- Dispatch time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. This does not include weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery time: All items are shipped directly from our warehouse right here in Victoria. Delivery time will depend on your location and be guided by Auspost. Please select express post at checkout if faster than standard delivery is needed.
- Tracking: Provided with every order so you can follow it the whole way.
We work hard to get your Peekaroo to you as quickly as possible — because we know you don’t want to wait when it comes to your little one.
Returns & Change of Mind
We understand sometimes things don’t work out.
- 30-day return window from delivery
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
To start a return, just reach out — we’ll make the process simple.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
- If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible
- Peekaroo does not take responsibility for items that have been misused or damaged by the consumer
Wrong Address
- Please ensure address is correct at the time of purchase. We do not take reponsibility for incorrect address details being entered.
